HOUSEKEEPING: Initial cleaning done prior to your arrival is included in the rental charge (for 4 nights or more). There is a phone and local calls are free. All Linens included. There's a coffee maker and coffee grinder. Enjoy the owner's personal collection of Videos, DVDs, Hawaiian/Nautical Library & Beach Equip (Boogie Boards etc). Please take care of "CALYPSO" as you would your own home.

NO SMOKING in or around "CALYPSO"

RESERVATIONS: We require an advance deposit of $300 & need exact dates and times of your arrival and departure, and how many people in your party. This will confirm your reservation. Your balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. The $300 deposit also serves as a damage deposit and is sent to you within 7 days of departure.

CANCELLATION: Your deposit is refundable if cancellation notice is given 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds of deposit or prepaid rent will be given if notice is given less than 30 days of before scheduled arrival.
