HOUSEKEEPING: Initial cleaning is done prior to your arrival and is included in the rental charge. There is a phone for your convenience and local calls are free. The unit includes linens. There is a microwave, washer/dryer and a coffeemaker, as well as a VCR and the owners personal collection of videos, reading material and games. Please enjoy these as you would your own. And most importantly, keep in mind there is NO SMOKING in or around this unit.

RESERVATIONS: We require an advance deposit of $300 within 14 days and notification of the exact dates of your arrival and departure, and how many people in your party. This will confirm your reservation. Once confirmation is made, your balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. The $300 deposit also serves as a damage deposit and will be returned within 7 days of departure.

CANCELLATION: Your deposit is refundable if cancellation notice is given 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. No refunds of deposit or prepaid rent will be given if cancellation is less than 30 days of scheduled arrival date.
